Easy, balanced, and actually delicious.
Here’s how to make it:
📌 Hot Honey Beef Bowl (Serves 2–3):
1 lb lean ground beef, I love wholefoods // organicranchermeat
2 sweet potatoes, cubed
1 tsp avocado oil spray chosenfoods
½ tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp thyme (optional)
1 tsp taco seasoning (for beef) sietefoods
½ cup cottage cheese per bowl, I use good_culture
½ avocado, diced
Chili flakes (for topping)
Salt & pepper to taste
Hot honey (traderjoes Joe’s or DIY: 1.5 tbsp honey + ½ tsp red pepper flakes + pinch of salt)
To make:
Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 25 min. Brown beef with taco seasoning. Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, beef, cottage cheese, avocado, and drizzle with hot honey. Top with chili flakes.
