Ferry Public Boat Ramp on the Warrior River in Tuscaloosa County opens after major upgrades to its parking area. The facility is located approximately 10 miles southwest of Tuscaloosa, just off U.S. Highway 43 in Fosters. The boat ramp was temporarily closed in April to repair and repave the parking lot, addressing drainage issues. The entrance road to the boat ramp is currently being improved and repaved, and new security lights and a restroom will also be installed at the facility.
