At Beaver Creek, we are committed to zero. In 2020, by composting food waste, the Beaver Creek teams were able to divert 167,000 pounds of waste from the landfill. We’ve completely re-imagined our waste operations by installing new bin tippers and recycling compactors. These improvements have allowed us to more efficiently haul waste and increase our food waste/compost collection efforts.
