It’s been a great week for #palmaalumni 👊 Cristian Plascencia ‘10 was recently featured in the news (see our stories) for his training academy in Texas. After graduating Palma in 2010, Cristian attended CSU Channel Islands for two years and then finished his undergrad career at California Lutheran University with an undergraduate degree in exercise science. cristiangplascencia was admitted into the University of Texas in Austin for exercise physiology, but after two months, decided to put graduate school on hold to pursue his passion of working with high-level athletes. Since 2015, Cristian has provided consulting for performance training for NBA teams, division one universities as well as private consulting for individual athletes in the NBA, NFL, and MLB.
