IMO the first trimester is the toughest to get through.
Here’s what I experienced:
• all-day nausea, that got worse at night
• extreme fatigue and necessary naps
• having to pee every 20 min
• super sensitivity to all smells
• major belly bloat
• survival on bread, rice, and matzoh ball soup
• anxiety hoping that the pregnancy would stick!
Keeping the secret this time around felt extra hard since my belly started to expand pretty much immediately - but the boobs are always a nice perk….but a major giveaway! 😉 All that said, I’m nothing but grateful to be on the other side.
Can anyone relate?
Pregnancy is such a gift, I don’t mean to complain - but damn, it’s a real marathon getting out of phase one!
