I’m still banned from the Olympic Training Center by the USOPC with no access to sports rehab, medical support, or even a safe place to lift. Since the injury, hip thrusts have been the hardest lift to rebuild. They require control, precision, and someone I trust to spot me. My coach flew in to help me return safely. But now he’s gone. And I’m still banned from the Olympic weight room and Sports Med. I’m doing what I can coordinating with others for help but I shouldn’t have to patch together safety just to train. Especially for an injury I got while testing out bobsleds for Team USA. I’m fighting to stay healthy and keep progressing, but this situation puts my recovery and my career at risk.
