#NUSoC Dean E. Patrick Johnson spoke at this year's Henry and Emma Rogers Society Luncheon in the Guild Lounge in Scott Hall. It was wonderful to celebrate with #Northwestern alumni, faculty, and friends who all have a vision for the University’s greatness and have chosen to invest in its future. Established in 1987 in honor and memory of Henry Wade Rogers, President of #NU from 1890 to 1900, and his wife Emma Rogers, the Rogers Society honors and recognizes those who have included Northwestern University in their estate plans. Through charitable bequests and planned gifts, members of the Society have created a lasting legacy for many Northwestern students, faculty, and University programs, creating tremendous opportunities for the University and transforming the lives of future generations.
