📍 Where NBPS Took Me Skye Marino spent her beginning of the summer at Cleveland Clinic Hospital as part of the Summer Scholar Program. She rotated through different medical departments, observed an open-heart surgery from start to finish, and gained hands-on experience in the Sim Lab—learning how to do sutures, operate the robotic da Vinci Surgical System, and use a colonoscope.
