A year ago the Armenians of Artsakh were subjected to ethnic cleansing after 9 months of deliberate starvation by Azerbaijan, led by a racist dictator allied with Putin. As stated by the International court of Justice Armenians have a right of return to their indigenous homeland without persecution along with an Int’l monitoring force to make sure they’re safe.
