Making Questified VANILLA PROTEIN WAFFLES using a Quest Protein Milkshake! 💪🧇😋
Ingredients:
👉 ¾ cup Quest Vanilla Protein Milkshake
👉 1 ½ cup almond flour
👉 1 ½ tbsp tapioca flour
👉 1 tsp baking powder
👉 Pinch salt
👉 1 egg
👉 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1️⃣ Turn a waffle iron on medium-high heat and prepare with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ In a bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together the egg, oil and milkshake and then combine with the dry ingredients.
4️⃣ The batter will be thick. Scoop about ¼ cup of the batter into the center of the waffle iron & cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Enjoy! We recommend trying a waffle ice cream sandwich or serving immediately with favorite toppings!
