🏆 HISTORIC WIN at World Scholar’s Cup Global Round! 🏆 A very mighty congratulations to our scholars on their spark-tastic performance at the Global Round of the World Scholar’s Cup competition in Slovenia! We are proud to share that, out of 166 teams, our students, with the guidance of their devoted coach, Marie Nieto, earned an unprecedented level of success — including six major trophies, among them 1st place in writing, 1st place in the Scholar’s Bowl, and 2nd place in debate. That marks an overall total of nine team trophies and a plethora of gold medals, speaking to both the talent of our students and the incredible dedication, strategy, and passion of their coach. As an added bonus, all of Dwight’s teams qualified for the Championships at Yale in November making this the most successful World Scholars Cup showing in school history!
