We wanted to clear up any confusion about the amount of real chocolate flavor in three common forms of chocolate, so we designed a simple experiment. We made three batches of hot chocolate: For each 8 ounces of hot water, we used 1 ounce of chocolate, and asked 20 taste to sample them in a blind taste test.
