Happy #Work4RCSS Wednesday! Meet Olivia Dhandapani, a first-grade teacher at Lake Forest Hills Elementary. The New Educator Orientation prepared Dhandapani by helping her build relationships with families, and she was inspired by the passion of the leaders and teachers. She also appreciates how professional learning has helped her engage her first-graders with technology. "I decided to join RCSS because RCSS feels like a family. It always was very supportive when I was student teaching," says Dhandapani. "It's been a full circle moment because when I came to teach at Lake Forest Hills, I knew that would be my dream school, and now here I am and it's like amazing."
