Built in 1939, the Einar Nielsen Fieldhouse has served many purposes over the years. It housed Army reservists during WWII, was home to the Runnin’ Utes during their national championship runs, and was where students and staff worked out before the Eccles Student Life Center was built. Today, it’s home to the Meldrum Theatre and uofuarchplan’s multi-disciplinary design program (uofu_design). Oh, and of course its top is adorned with those beUTAHful “U-T-A-H” block letters. #UofU175 #GoUtes
