With 18-hour crane operations, the installation of 21 custom-designed elevators, and nearly 300 professionals on-site daily, this 44-story structure is thoughtfully engineered and expertly executed. Approximately 75% of the workforce is from the local community, reflecting a deep investment in Omaha’s future.
