This week, anniefitzsimmons and I experimented with a different kind of day trip from London: a sun-soaked day in Cannes. When you live in a city with access to the world (and you’re in the business of beautiful places) it felt fitting to sneak away for a quick dose of Riviera magic.☀️🇫🇷 With under 15 hours to play, we made the absolute most of our time on the Côte d’Azur. From sipping chilled rosé on the terrace of the legendary carltoncannes , to catching a boat across turquoise waters for a bit of dancing at a beach club (followed by a dip in the sea)… all before heading back to London by nightfall. It was a reminder that even the shortest adventures can be magic (especially when they involve the Med!)
