Marla Rosenthal just wanted a place where her 8-year-old son could shred. After years of persistent advocacy, and the collaboration of elected officials and the community, her vision has finally come true. Camden County is now home to the Cooper River Skateboard Park. The new addition to Cooper River Park in Cherry Hill, New Jersey features a variety of quarter pipes, rails, pump track and more, designed with both beginners and seasoned skaters in mind.
