The Joga Drillbook - Week Two Each week, one of our coaches will walk you through a new drill so that you can train at home. This week, we’re working on keeping our dribbles under control in tight space. Focus on: - Not hitting the cones - Touching the ball slightly behind with your laces - Touching the side of the ball with the inside of your foot Take your time, rep it out, and stay sharp.
