A key figure since our founding, Erica helped launch Lax On Elite’s first youth teams and guided our 2030 team to a Top 40 national ranking. Her leadership played a major role in placing Lax On Elite in the Top 25 nationally during our inaugural year — a standard we continue to build on. 🏅 In 2023, Erica was inducted into the USA Metro Lacrosse Hall of Fame, a testament to her lifelong impact on the sport.
