What a day we have had! We met at 6:30 am and just finished at 10:30 pm! 16 long and crazy hours of cheerleading! And these kids were AMAZING! JV swept the day with two first place wins and a beautiful HIT at comp #2! Varsity started off the morning with less than their best but came back with a vengeance and took Grand Champs at competition #2, AND WE GOT THOSE BUFUS ON THE FLOOR! And our Game Day team took second place! We have a lot of work to do, but it’s only up from here! And did I mention that these kids had the best attitudes and were complete troopers all day?! Believe it or not, they were still dancing, smiling, and cracking jokes on hour 16! We learned how to fight harder today, to move on from our mistakes and #bebetter, to push through even when we are tired, and to work together and support each other as a team!
