Across the country, women are leading the way in wheelchair rugby, opening opportunities for girls, women, and non-binary folks to participate.   🍁 Kasey is one of those leaders. She competes on her provincial team and helps out with local “Try It” events. She’s shared how participating in Wheelchair Rugby has made a positive impact on her life, growing her community and improving her mental health and wellbeing.   🌱 We asked Kasey if she had any advice for a girl, woman, or non-binary individual considering giving their wheelchair rugby club a try.
