Tonight, we had the honor of recognizing Joe Dwelly as our Mass State Lottery Hero of the Game. He has shown exceptional bravery and dedication serving in the US Coast Guard. Joe joined the Coast Guard in 1968 and served as a Radioman at the San Francisco radio station. He was then transferred for duties including search and rescue in the Pacific. He was assigned to Vietnam deployment in 1970. We thank you for your extreme bravery and commitment to our country.
