Tomorrow, the world’s highest court will release its very first climate ruling! A strong ruling from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) would make it clear to all countries that polluters must pay for what they’ve knowingly destroyed and taken from us. This will also push governments around the world to hold corporations accountable and protect people’s homes and the environment.⁣ ⁣ But how did this case begin?
