Flash floods and super typhoons are the new normal of our times.⁣ ⁣ Hong Kong witnessed its strongest typhoon of the year, with winds blowing at 135km/h, and 180 lives were lost in Pakistan due to torrential rains.⁣ A series of flash floods occurred in India, South Korea as well as New York and Texas, USA.⁣ ⁣ Extreme weather events have been worsening everywhere around the world, and more actions must be taken by our governments and polluting corporations to prevent the worst.
