Whether conscious or not, many of us address fear with the usuals: knuckle tf up or numb tf out and be swift before anything spills out its mouth. And although both of those have given me some semblance of relief, it's really just counterfeit peace 😵‍💫 I end up living in fear OF fear lmao. Oh the irony! So going back to what I said earlier...
