Damn that sucked. Decided to go camping yesterday, up at Spray Lakes Reservoir. Knew there might be rain but going camping is better than not going camping, even with rain, so packed up and headed out. Of all things to forget ..... forgot the stupid tent fly lol Tried to use a tarp but it was no use. Would have been such a miserable attempt at sleep, decided to admit defeat and headed back home. Don't ever forget the fly. Side note: wtf happened to Spray Lakes West campground? It's like they closed half of it off. You used to be able to camp in many nice spots a long ways down the water coastline. That no longer exists. It looks like they removed a bunch of trees and built several new plots much closer to the entrance/campground supervisor. Wonder why. #Alberta #CampingAlberta #spraylakes #canmore
