From volunteer to coach of the year🏆 This year’s Willie Mac Coach of the Year goes to Galen—a local high schooler who showed up looking for volunteer hours and ended up leading an entire team with heart. On day one, we asked him to step in as a coach “just for the day,” and he never looked back. All summer long, he’s brought energy, positivity, and leadership—teaching his team baseball, life lessons, and what it means to show up for each other.
