A #LongIsland man who d-ed in a freak MRI accident last week was wearing a massive 20-pound chain with a padlock when he was fatally injured, according to his wife. #KeithMcAllister, 61, went into cardiac arrest after being pulled into the powerful magnetic field of an MRI machine at #Nassau Open MRI in #Westbury. He suffered multiple heart attacks and later d-ed from his injuries. His wife, #AdrienneJonesMcAllister, had been undergoing a routine knee scan when the tragedy occurred.
