But here’s the truth:
Being STRONG and MOBILE is the real flex.
•Mobility helps you move through full ranges of motion — which makes your strength actually usable.
•Flexibility + stability = fewer injuries, better recovery, and less joint drama.
•And strong muscles protect your joints while mobile joints prevent compensation patterns. ☺️
PS: The exercise in this video is obviously a joke… but the point still stands.
