Incubators for premature babies can be very expensive - often prohibitively so for some hospitals in the global south.
So in 2017, Spanish engineer Pablo Bergasa designed a low-cost alternative, creating incubators that can run on a battery and a bottle of water.
These low-cost incubators are helping save the lives of premature babies.
Eight years on, Pablo and his team have delivered their 200th machine to Senegal - and he estimates they've saved the lives of 5,000 babies.
