If you have cranky knees, start with the D2R2 rulebook. 🧠💪
👉 Desensitize the area with massage or percussion or isometrics
👉 Decongest any swelling
👉 Reperfuse with blood flow work
👉 Restore your range (especially extension)
Translation: Not all knee pain is created equal, but most of it is fixable if you know what to look for.
If you can’t bring your heel to your butt or survive a couch stretch without screaming, your hip extension might be the real culprit.
(And spoiler: your knee won’t feel better until you deal with it.)
