During the WAFCON semifinal between South Africa and Nigeria, South Africa’s midfielder Gabriela Salgado was stretchered off the field. Afterwards, the Nigerian players visited Salgado at the hospital, where she underwent successful surgery on her left leg–true sportsmanship 💚
