How to grill shrimp tacos 🦐
Recipe:
Mix 2 lbs of raw shrimp in olive oil and season with these ingredients:
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chipotle powder
2 minced cloves of garlic
Grill over direct heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Mango Salsa:
1 diced mango
1/2 diced red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 diced jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp diced cilantro
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste
Avocado Crema:
Blend these ingredients in a food processor:
1 avocado
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp cumin
Pinch of salt
After blending, stir in 1/4 cup of sour cream
