๐ฅ Maddie ran warning track and back (I ran loop around the whole field )
๐ฅ 5 lunges per leg
๐ฅ 5 broad jump with push up
๐ฅ 5 squat med ball throw (mine was 15lbs) on last throw sprint to fence
REST 1 minute repeat 10X

I LOVED this! I find the more I incorporate 70-80% max running for shorter distances it allows for me to fall in love with longer running intervals when I do it.

Iโve been running ALOT more the last 3 weeks with a heavier dose of LEGS & upper body.

Iโve upped my food intake a bunch to have enough energy to do some of these which have ranged from 40-90 minutes.

Had a conversation with Maddie today when she wanted to stop after 3, I said โ this shit feels hard, but remember you CAN do it and you will, we arenโt giving up and stopping, what you say to yourself upstairs matters, believe you can do hard SHIT!! ๐ฉ and best believe she grinded through it!
