Dr. Condes serves as the Public Schools District Supervisor and the focal point for Inclusive Education in the Division of Pasay, Philippines, and is a fervent advocate for inclusion. She actively engages entire school communities in the practice of Unified Sports, empowers inclusive youth leaders, and implements whole-school engagement strategies that embody the principles of puso (compassionate leadership) and bayanihan (community spirit and collective action.)
