The Golden State Community Foundation is proud to recognize Camdyn, who recently competed in the NBA Math Hoops Global Championship, finishing as runner-up! Our grantee, learn_fresh, hosted the championship in New York City, where students competed at the NBA headquarters. Camdyn and her peers attended the NBA Draft with red carpet access, met draftees, got autographs, and cheered them on as they took the stage. Camdyn shared her appreciation for NBA Math Hoops and said “I love Math Hoops because I love math, and it is a place where everyone can show their skills without judgement.
