Julia Hanes continues to push her limits and throw with fire 🔥 She recently broke her own Canadian record (for the 4th time!!) with a 7.54m throw in Seated Shot Put at the Jerome Classic. The F33 thrower and Paralympian holds national records in all three of her throwing disciplines (shot-put, discus and javelin). Julia will look to challenge her records again next week when she competes for BC at the Canadian National Track and Field Championships in Ottawa from July 30-August 3!
