Universal Japan was sooo busy when we went. Their Nintendo themed land was a madhouse, I've never seen a more crowded area of a theme park before. Mine Cart Madness, the rollercoaster in the land had such a long wait that they closed the queue. The single ride line looked like it was 3 hours long. Luckily we had express tickets to all the rides in the land. If you've done Epic Universe and went to it's version of the land, you dont need to do Japan's version.
