A man who has been arrested multiple times for sniffing women’s rear ends while in public was arrested again this week for the same crime. #CaleseCarronCrowder, 38, was arrested by officers from the #Burbank Police Department at the #Walmart located in the Empire Center shopping center on Victory Place. Police had originally responded to the nearby #NordstromRack in the same shopping center for a report of a suspicious man loitering in the women’s department.
