First time EVER with sew-in extensions… my takeaways: - Would I ever do it again? YES - Is my hair healthier because of it? YES - Do I think my hair suffered any damage? NO - What did you dislike the most? Not being able to get to my scalp for regular treatments & massages - What is the longest you would leave it in? 6 weeks MAX… then a break for hair & scalp treatments - then back in for 6 more weeks. BUT let me say this… I was so over-particular and fussy about the installation of my sew-in …because the braids could NOT be braided down too tight, the sewing could NOT be sewn too tight, and the leave out had to be minimum. The first time around it was done by hairbycharcelle - who knows me well, and understood the assignment. The second time it was done by a New York stylist who is unfamiliar with me and was probably more than happy when I left her chair! 🤣🥰 Thank you Taylor the_hairport for your patience with me!
