#ᴛʙᴛ to the chance of a lifetime for Coach Valerie to continue growing as a leader! Even though it was last year, this opportunity with WeCoach was too good not to share and promote on Throwback Thursday! Coach Valerie was part of a selected group of 95 coaches in class #53 2024 who got to attend a multi-day transformational academy in Denver-in partnership with the NCAA for leadership development of women coaches across all levels. Speakers, workshops, sport-specific conversation in order to foster growth for coaches to pass along lessons to their student athletes all happened here.
