This week's featured childhood cancer hero is Kaitlyn Hutchins! Kaitlyn is a determined girl who is a bright light in a dark room! After what her family thought was a volleyball injury, Kaitlyn was diagnosed with osteosarcoma of her left femur. She had surgery to replace it with a titanium rod and her knee with artificial implants, then underwent chemotherapy treatment.
