But it’s not just any cemetery, it’s a historic beloved place by everyone who visits 📌 Hollywood Cemetery 📍 Richmond Virgina 🔗 hollywoodcem Best Things to See 1) President James Monroe’s Tomb & Presidents Circle is my fav place to see cherry trees blooming 2) The Palmer Chapel Mausoleum - beautiful stain glass and opens up to beautiful views of the James River 3) Overlook 3 shows off beautiful city & James River views and a bench to see and take it all in 4 The Iron Dog - one of the most well known monuments. It’s a cast iron Newfoundland dog that stands guard over a little girl who died in 1862. ⭐️Another little tidbit is that the cemetery is a fantastic place to go walk.
