2025 has been the year of the #HotMomWalk for me and on Fridays we do 5 miles. We walk and jog and scoot and sightsee, and it’s changed my life so much for the better 🫶🏾 Five Mile Friday also somehow happens to be @tropicalsmoothiecafe Friday 🥳🤷🏾‍♀️
