A desire to make a lasting impact on young women, on and off the field. “It’s hard enough being a female in today’s world. I wanted to coach in a male-dominated sport to help raise strong, confident, determined young women who walk boldly in their faith.” Her coaching style? All in, passionate, loud, and encouraging. Wins matter, but growth matters more. “I care more about the development of both skill and character. It’s not about the outcome. It’s about the process.” Coach’s favorite team traditions? Hype huddles, pre-game prayer, and post-game shoutouts.
