Representation Matters is a program that empowers young professionals to develop the tools, networks, and confidence needed to thrive in the sports industry. In a field where access and opportunity are not always equitably distributed, this program helps close the gap - expanding the talent pipeline and reshaping hiring from the inside out. In 2024, RISE brought Representation Matters to four major sporting events - Super Bowl LVIII, NCAA Inclusion Forum, WNBA All-Star, and USTA - reaching 282 participants. 93% of participants left with professional opportunities they're excited to pursue, and 89% now have the knowledge and skills to champion diversity in sports.
