Meet Ireland's youngest aspiring doctors and hear why they might be inspired to study medicine at Trinity one day!
5th and 6th class kids from DEIS-designated schools across Dublin recently pulled on their scrubs for the Trinity Access Programmes Primary School Mini Med Day. Guided by the trinitymedday team the event offered students a look at the fascinating world of doctors, researchers, and scientists with hands-on activities including CPR training, pulse and reflex tests, and X-ray examinations!
Professor Luke O'Neill also gave a talk to our aspiring scientists, transforming complex ideas about viruses, bacteria, and the immune system into thrilling tales. with his signature humour and enthusiasm.
