As I stand on the brink of graduation, I find myself filled with gratitude and admiration for this university that has been my home since 2020. It has been an amazing journey, not just academically, but also as an entrepreneur, and I owe it all to the support and encouragement I’ve received from all of my fellow rams {elite babes} When I started my private chef/catering business, it was just a small dream that I wanted to pursue while juggling my studies. The university and student body took that dream and made it a reality. From the plate sales that kicked off my journey, to winning two pitch competitions, to collaborating with party promotion teams for events like Homecoming and RamFest, the support has been overwhelming. I sold out at every event, and each success motivated me to keep going. Being recognized with the Hustler of the Year award for 2023, voted by the student body of WSSU, was a humbling experience.
