HYROX Conditioning 🤝🏃♀️🏋️♀️
One of my GO-TO mixed mortality conditioning sessions! You can always adjust the intensity too your training needs. I used it this morning, as a Zone 2 conditioning workout (besides the wall balls at the end🫣).
Simple but effective ⤵️
🔸 By-in: 1,6K of Running
🔸 4 rounds of:
1 min Burpee to Plate
3 min AssBike
3 min Row
3 min Skiierg
🔸 Finish with 1 x Max effort Wall-Balls (just to add a bit spice🌶️ )
🔸 By-out: 1,6K Running
(Can also be done without the running to shorten the session down😌)
Thailand is beautiful but so warm I’m melting away each session 😂🫠🥵 BUT, I know training in heat improves endurance, cardiovascular efficiency & thermoregulation🤝😌
