Dodge should continue pushing to be more extreme, especially if it keeps the fiercely good styling that sets the Charger apart. Screwing together a nonsensical, cackle-inducing machine is what made the last Charger and Challenger, crude as they were, the modern-day face of muscle. This first electric attempt is more ­polished but feels fake where its predecessors were authentic.
